    Probably would be better to only look at the October rankings.... initially I didnt realize they sometimes update it in March.

    Was curious what rankings looked like in some of these areas over all the seasons. Such as doing a graph of draft assets ranking over every season.

    That's still one of the most BS things I hear on this forum. There was literally nothing to cheer Joe for up until the Dame trade.

    I thought Schmitz drafted Shae.
    So I guess you know as much as me.

    I don't get why someone can't just dislike what Cronin had done up to this point and cheered him for getting that much out of the Dame trade. Why are you only allowed to cheer his moves if you were championing the shit ones?Like genuinely, I don't get it. Why do people still bring up "but people boo'd Cronin" "I though Cronin sucked" etc etc.

    At some point, he DID suck, and a lot of people disliked bringing in an experience GM, they didn't dislike Cronin as a person.

    Again, just bs...but whatever I guess.

    With Thybulle, Grant, Williams, Brogdon, Camara and Rupert, Joe added more defense to this team in 2 years than Olshey did in 10

    You have the right to think he did, but I always thought he had a plan and carried it, including some parts of it that looked bad but were necessary to open cap space for other moves including future moves, so always wanted to see how it works long term. He clearly made moves that gave the flexibility to either try to build around Dame, if he was willing to wait or pivot for a rebuild. History, so far, seems to prove that his plan was a sound one - but you are welcome to your opinion that he did not know what he was doing.

    He clearly has a long term plan, not a short term one.
