    It has been heartbreaking to watch the decline of Portland. The truth is, the increase of crime going on in Portland has become a world wide problem. I can not find one country were violent crime has decreased. While a huge majority of countries are suffering.from an increase of crime and violence.

    An example is Sweden. For many decades, their violent crime rate has been among the lowest in the world. The violent crime rate there has increased so rapidly over the last couple of years, their government has called on their military to assist the police.

    The entire world is in chaos, on so many levels, not just Portland.
