How much do you guys bench for 3 sets of 8? Right now I've been doing 5 sets, first of 5, then 4, then 3, then 2, then 1, and I add about 10 pounds each set, starting with 135.How much can you squat? I donno off the back of my head but I think 225 at mostCurl? I have pretty weak biceps but I do "buddy" curls with my friends, we rotate the bar around usually with about 80 pounds and one does 1, the next guy does 2, then the 3rd does 3 and then the guy who started does 4 until we get to ten, then we try to go back down to one from 10.Leg Press? 230Lat. Pulldown? I don't do this?I can deadlift close to 300 pounds, and I can do 75 pounds a leg with leg curls.I donno any WR/CB/S stuff you could really do. I do this program organized by a workout specialist and its called BFS--Bigger, Faster, Stronger. The guy asked for my height, weight and age and then he gets these computer printouts that tell me how much weight I should be doing and it is based on a 3 day schedule and it changes reps, weight and different lifts each week. It's pretty cool.

It's a program that many highschools throughout the country use, I don't think a lot gyms outside of highschools tend to use it though.http://www.biggerfasterstronger.com/there is the website ^^^

It's been a long while since I've actually worked out in a Gym. Lately I usually run a mile in the morning, then about 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups in sets of 25. Back when I was in the Gym though, I did about 450 on the Leg Press before, and thats not even exaggerating. My legs are like tree trunks. Like I have to wear baggy jeans just because the ones that 'should' fit me I will tear holes in because of how massive my legs are.

I could imagine! A junior on in my school sqauts 635 and one time he popped a blood vessel...it was sick blood was comin' out his nose...but his legs are ridiculously big.

Also you have to continue using it for a while

I'm not sure, this personal trainer guy issues me a new sheet every week, that would be pretty cool if the site gives you the papers though, you should definitely check if you can register for something.

lol.......my ex girlfriend did a 400 lbs leg press. But she is also on the all mac freshman team for volleyball. http://muredhawks.cstv.com/sports/w-volley...er_emily00.htmlFor DB's you are going to want to focus on quick twitch lifts and full body lifts. Powercleans are great, or course squats and I would roll with calf raises too. A strong calf helps push pff and gives you more speed and better ups.
