    There’s a lot of offensive plays this team can do but it’s on the coach. Shaedon can actually post up then turn around for an easy mid range, same with Ayton. Issue is we only have one play, pick and roll and wings wait in the corner.

    What is the difference between your "coached by chauncey" and "coached by the best alternative" (or Bud) win totals?

    u really think its the coaching and not

    the personnel?

    Well we've now officially turned over the bad defensive backcourt, bad defensive coach, and bad GM.

    The defense still sucks.

    There is no system. I think part of why Ayton has looked so bad is because he is use to actually playing in one. He is out there confused and looking around like what the fuck are we doing? That's on Chauncey.

    It's not going to be about win totals this year. It's going to be about player development, and coaching an identity on both the offensive and defensive ends.

    So far, I see a lot of what Chauncey did with an entirely different team for the last 2 years. So it's not the personnel, it's the coach.

    Chauncey has the 3rd youngest roster in the league and he plays the youth. He’s not on the fucking hot seat and has not had enough time with this roster to have any meaningful expectations. I’m not saying Chauncey will ever be a great coach but this isn’t the time to make your evaluations.

    Yep. He's the wrong guy to get these kids where they need to go. We need to bring in the best developmental coaching staff possible and if Chauncey gets in the way he needs to go.

    He probably just needs to go if we have a good developmental guy in mind.

    It's certainly not about 1 game. Sadly, I'm seeing some of the same things we all saw in the the prior 2 seasons. Seems like a great guy, but not necessarily an effective teacher.
