Look at the Jazz. That roster isn’t nothing special but that guy has had them competing since he came in. Billups says the right things and has this persona, but is he really being a steward for these young guys?

    I’m skeptical

I will look at what went right more then what went wrong

    - Scoot got in foul trouble and DID NOT foul out
    - Ayton was pretty good tonight
    - Sharpe was very good but got worn out from that run and was out of gas when it was needed
    - The defense showed a little something but still has a ton of work to do cause part of it was Orlando is a young team too
    - If Ant was there tonight I think the Blazers would have won the game

    WRONG

    - Scoot needs to settle down on both ends cause he needs to know when to go balls to the wall and when to rein it in and be patient but that will come with time
    - Grant has his moments but sure as hell is not worth that contract right now -- LOL

I am sure there is other things but I am tired and have a headache so everyone have a goodnight

Time for a rookies only meeting. Rupert needs to speak up.

that was the best game I've seen Jabari Walker play.
How is he rewarded? He gets benched immediately by Coach Billups. --> Walker 9pts, 4reb in 9m

I over-estimated how good Scoot would be right away. He's honestly not even playing like someone who deserves to be in the rotation.

Sadly this is true. I thought he'd bounce back against the Magic. They're really not that good.

Because Jerami Grant gets paid 35 million per year...that's unfortnately what usually drives minutes.

True, but vs the Clippers they looked like a team that didn't know wtf they were doing. Tonight they at least looked like a team that kinda knew wtf they were doing.

I'm also really disappointed in Thybulle too, he has been such a non-factor. Wouldn't be surprised if Sharpe starts over him once Ant is back (also wouldn't be surprised if Sharpe doesn't because then our bench scoring is basically Brogdon).

tonight? They definitely don't look like they have a direction of a direction or rudder, but they looked better than they did against the Clippers.

But I guess looking like shit isn't significantly better than looking like crap.

Would Dallas give us a 1st for Thybulle?

What could we even get for Grant?

Will the Clippers or Sixers panic and give up a good package for Brogdon?

it was a bad sub out. Jabari was doing damage. Magic increased their 2 point lead to 10.

Definitely played better than against LA. Team still doesn't seem like it has an identity. They are running so fast they can't stay on their feet or keep control of the ball. Falling all over the floor, fouling left and right. It's akin to watching a clown show. Clowns playing a bit where they hurt themselves on purpose to get laughs.

Yeah, I suppose shit and crap smell and look the same.

It'd be nice to see a game where Ayton gets 15 shots. I hope Chauncey can work that into the offense.
