ill grade the Jets and Giant (feel free to re-grade teams)Jets:B-I loved the Mangold and Ferguson picks, but i think the trade wasnt good, and they could have gotten Chad Jackson, which is good because the patriots wouldnt have gottn him, and he could be our WR of the future. Clemens, im a little leery of...not sure about himGiants:CNice Sinorice moss pick, i think he fits their system (downfield, downfield, downfield!) very nicely but the Kiwauka pick was disgusting....totally useless, they have 2 dominant DEs and Justin Tuck is a young guy they are going NUTS about
Baltimore Ravens - C+I'm not a big fan of Haloti Ngata. He's not really a pass rushing DT, the Ravens really need better penetration in the middle. He just takes up space. I thought Winston would be a better pick than Chester but Chester was solid.
Tennesee Titans get an A from me on both draft pick-ups. LenDale White and Vince Young were solid pick-ups.
Chiefs- C+I think we could have done better. I would have drafted Jimmy Williams over Tamba Hali, but I like Hali anyways. No clue who the second pick is, some safety from Purdue, hopefully he is good. I did like the selection of Brodie Bryole though, hopefully can come in if Trent Green gets injured.
Cleveland Browns B+,As one of the many over looked teams in the league I think the Browns have addressed the defensive side of the ball very well. Drafting Kamerion Wimbley and D'Qwell Jackson will sure up that defense better than most think. Combine the explosiveness of Wimbley to stuff the middle and the versatile Jackson who can cover sideline to sideline, the Browns defense is on their way. Add in wideout Travis Wilson from Oklahoma and the offense has another weapon to help compliment Edwards and dont forgot about the return of Kellen Winslow.
Here are my views on our picks.Round 1 Laurence Maroney - RB - MinnesotaWhen we first made this pick I was mad that we didn't go with Chad Jackson, or DeAngelo Williams however then I kinda fell in love with the pick. I like Maroney and I hope he can come in and play well. This pick should also get the juices going for Corey Dillon which means he'll probably run for 1,000 yards.Grade - B +Round 2 Chad Jackson - WR - FloridaHow in the world did Jackson fall? I really wanted this guy in round 1 and all of you know that, I was estatic when we traded up for him, I actually cried when we got him. This guy will be a great WR in the NFL and I'm very excited to see him. But the question is, Will he be our # 2 WR. Amazing pick.Grade - ARound 3 David Thomas - TE - TexasReally didn't see this pick coming, I was looking at Bing or an LB. Oh well. Fauria did leave and we needed a 3rd TE but why not pick one in round 5 or 6? Thomas can be a guy like Chris Cooley, I'm not that mad at this pick.Grade - C +Need on day 2:LBCBKOTS
Redskins BWe might have been able to get a more "athletic" player that Gibbs was looking for with the pick that we used on Rocky but I like the pick a lot. It filled all our holes, we have no starting spots that really need any help/filling. Now all we need to do is focus on depth.

Jacksonville Jaguars B1. Marcedes Lewis was a bad pick IMO. We already have like 5 guys that do what he does.2. Maurice Drew was a good pick IMO. We need that speed back, because I dont think Del Rio is crazy about Taylor.3. Clint Ingram is OK. I like the pick, but I dont like how we gave up a pick to get him.

Id give that one a D just becuase you gave up way too much there.New York Jets Round 1 (Ferguson, Mangold)A - Might not be pretty, but filled 2 major needs and will protect our future QBRound 2 (Clemens, 2007 Second Rounder)B+ - Im not so sure on Clemens, but he seems like a high potential, relatively low cost for a Potential Franchise QB. Very well might have been a first round pick if not for an ankle injury.Round 3 (Schlegel, Smith)C - Both the picks were probably still reaches and we didnt get close to fair value in the trade down in Round 3, but overall we got 2 players with some potential who could help the team out

He's gonna do fantastic in the NFL no doubt. I just have a feeling about 'em.
Colts:30th overallJoseph Addai, RB LSUI will have to admit that I was not a big fan of this guy. But the more tape i watch and the more i read about him I am starting to like him. Bill Polian said he was the best back for the colts Offense in the whole draft...(not bush?) in terms of his blocking and catching ability. He also adds speed ( sub 4.4) to a rushing attack that we really needed, but can still deliver a blow at 5'11 214.He fills the number 1 need for the colts and fits right into the system:grade: A62nd overallTim Jennigns, CB GeorgiaI was pretty pissed about this pick too. The Colts used their first 2 draft picks on corners last year (Marlin jacosk in the 1st and Kelvin Heydon in the 2nd) and only one saw the field. They are pretty solid at corner with Nick Harper (so underratted) Jason David and marlin jackson so I just didn't see the need. But again Jennnings brings something to the table......speed. Sub 4.3 speed can't be coached. the few clips i could find on him showed great closing speed, good hops for his height and nice hands. Still passing on Youboty, KO simpson and other DB's makes me wonder. Grade: C94th overallyFreddie Keiaho, LB San Deigo StateIt seems like just yesterday I was rooting for the aztecs to beat IU in the tourny, lol. Anyways this pick blew my mind. I have no idea who this guy is at all. Terna Nande was still on the board and I couldn't believe we passed him up. Keiaho was a special teams ace till his senior year, then he was 1st team all mountain west at MLB. his stats looked decent, but I couldn't find a single clip on him. Bill Polian said he reminds him a ton of Mike Peterson coming out of college. “He’s a lot like Mike when he first came in – aggressive, fast, a nose for the football,” Polian said. “He’s a mix-it-up kind of player. He’s a three-down guy. He can be on the field for all three downs.” Again I don't see the need for a MLB........but bill sad he can transition to the outside. But why pass on Nande (4.5 speed, 41 reps on the bench, 36 inch vert, hit someone so hard he lacerated HIS OWN liver) grade: incomplete, but for the sake here i will go with a DHow can you grade the people you don't know anyhting about? anyway using GPA standards. the colts have 2.3, which is a C+.I would also like to add that the pats had by far the best draft. god I hate those fuckers.
I give STL a B+, maybe even A-. We've filled our needs. I love the trade with Denver. We went down 4 spots and got the guy we would've taken at 11 anyway, and got a 3rd rounder (Claude Wroten) with it.
