Cutler is needed and I think this was the perfect year for a QB. I say get Plummer on his last strings and have him teach the young Cutler some things. Cutler will be better prepared for his 2nd or 3rd year in the NFL to start. Javon Walker may be the offensive missing component.

Im not so sure if now is the time the Broncos really want to put pressure onto Plummer. He really started to come into his own last season reduceing mistakes and using his skills to beat opponents. Im not sure if the pressure will cause him to crack or what. It's not like hes that old either where he should have to worry about something like that. Jay Cutler is a terrific talent and if Shanahan can coach some better decision making and better mechanics into him he will be a superstar. But Plummer aint half bad either.Javon Walker and Tony Sheffler are both great additions also, as they will help turn your offense from ok to one of the leagues best IMO.
