Duckett.In day two selections today, the Steelers rounded up a variety of talents across the field, from Hofstra's Willie Colon to Virginia Tech's Cedric Humes. Humes was the team's final choice today in the seventh round.Duckett (6-0, 254) has fallen out of favor under a new regime in Atlanta and the Falcons yesterday drafted his replacement, Jerious Norwood, a running back from Mississippi State on the third round.Here's a quick look at the talent tapped by the Steelers in today's closing rounds of the NFL Draft:Round 4(34th - 131st overall) Willie Colon, Hofstra, offensive tackle, height 6 foot-2 inches, 320 pounds.(36th - 133rd overall) Orien Harris, Miami, defensive tackle,6-3, 302.Round 5(32nd - 164 overall) Omar Jacobs, Bowling Green, quarterback, 6-4, 233.(35th -167 overall) Charles Davis, Purdue, tight end, 6-5, 254.Round 6(32nd - 201st overall) Marvin Phillip, California, center, 6-1, 306.Round 7(32nd - 240th overall) Cedric Humes, Virginia Tech, running back, 6-1, 233.Going into today's rounds the Steelers had limited selection positions available to trade but if the Falcons want to get rid of Duckett a deal might be reached."I would take him in a minute, he's a load,'' said Ron Hill, the Falcons former director of player personnel when they drafted Duckett. "He's a great kid, too."Duckett was drafted in the first round in 2002 from Michigan State. He rushed for 380 yards with a 3.1-yard average last season but scored eight touchdowns. His best season was 2003 when he rushed for 779 yards and 11 touchdowns. He's never had 200 carries in a NFL season.</div>I wouldn't mind having his big ass on the Steelers team. We already drafted Humes with our last pick and he could make the team since he is a bigger back than we have.
Yeah, he's good. We probably would have to give up our first round pick or somebody good for him so IDK.

Well it seems that the deal never materialized but the Falcons did draft Norwood from Mississippi State so the word is Duckett is out the door very soon. If the Steelers can get him, the rest of the AFC North will crap their pants.
Falcons are my 2nd/3rd favorite team, I follow them. They are loaded with young RB's. TJ wont even get playing for them next year.

Duckett would be sick in Pittsburgh, he'd be the perfect power runner to compliment Parker in your guys' run game.
It won't matter anymore because Bill Cowher liking Cedric Humes a lot so im guessing he'll get some playing time this year but that depends on Deuce Staley
