Well as I posted earlier on a sig no one decided to comment on, I've just gotten PS back and really am not up to date with it. I just made a quick sig took me a few minutes, not sure how long. Any suggestions?C+C

Background and text are ok but they could use a little more work.

The bg could use some work and the text is to plain. Next time put a pic effect on the pictures you use to make them look better.

On the duplicated layer go to filter- blur- gaussian blur, and set the layer to overlay. You might want to lower the opacity on the duplicated layer a bit if it looks too blurry.
