I don't believe "ranked wins" is even a metric used by the committee. Per the current CFP rankings: Ohio St has beat: #11 Penn St, #18 Notre Dame Oregon has beat: #16 Oregon St (OSU will likely be ranked below Penn St and ND on Tuesday) Game control (not margin of victory) and the recent win streak will be in Oregon's favor. Strength of schedule will favor Ohio St. At the end of the day, I'm confident the conference championship boost will put Oregon over Ohio St regardless of where they are on Tuesday. Of course, Oregon has to beat Washington.
Uw has had many games come to the end. Against good, bad, and mediocre teams. The games I’ve watched, they’ve been extremely fortunate to win (but hey, you can say that about a lot of teams). Both Oregon schools should have beaten Uw.
...& only one would be the Champion of their respective conference. Thats what I see as the obvious tie breaker in Oregon's favor for the Selection Committee STOMP
What a strange chain of events... OSU football players gang rapes woman. Canzano finds woman and brings her story to light. Woman becomes advocate/speaker against sexual abuse by athletes. Woman speaks to MSU. MSU football coach sexually harasses her. MSU fires coach. MSU hires OSU coach.
