The Madden 07 thread

Being able to control any of your offensive players sounds very cool. I hope the gameplay is better on 07 than it was on 06 cuz the graphics were practically the ONLY good thing about Madden on the 360.

 

I like the idea of you being able to control your own blockers and have the CPU run. Hopefully that isn't for every play though. Sounds awesome and i'm getting it AGAIN...as usual.I think I have every Madden since Madden 2000 came out for PS1.

Me too. I like where they said that like that the running backs have their own moves, you know, looking very realistic

 

Controling your own blockers is nice along with custom controls for each position.

 

One thing they need to do is more animations on receptions, like one handers, divers, 360 degree catches, jump balls, stuff like that, they need to make it look more real. And with runningbacks, they should make it so you can grab on to the blocker in front of you like some Runningbacks do. Also need more variety in juke animations.

those are replay screenshots, they always look a lot different than actual gameplay screenshots. I doubt the ps2 graphics in 07 will be that much better than they were for 06

 

That blocking stuff is garbage. The linemen are supposed to do that by themselves. I like being in the action not playing as a fat man.

Not gonna lie that's true I play Tight End and I wanna kill myself when I have to do offensive line drills like stagger stepping, shoots and ladders. Skills positions have it much more fun.

THose are not PS2 screenshots...that would be AMAZING if they were, but I doubt they are...
