BrianUrlacher54, what's with your man love for Orton? He's a #3 QB now. Don't you get it?

I would chose orton based on what he did last season. I dont even know why they took him out during the play-offs.

And Moose dropped a lot of passes. Same w/ the rest of the corps. And when Grossman was put in, Bernard Berrian happened to be healthy as well. In their playoff game, I think they opened w/ 5 straight Grossman to Berrian chucks. All incomplete. If one of those had been caught, the whole tone of the game would have changed.

Orton threw some touchdown passes rather then get injured and throw picks like Grossman... it really doesnt matters to me now that I think it about who starts, im just worried about winning.

He isn't going to start ahead of Grossman or Griese.

Orton can stay healthy, unlike Rx Grossman. Grossman happened to have Berrian healthy as well when he came back. I bet if you give those weapons to Orton, and open up the playbook, Orton could be a stud

So, Orton > Pennington because Pennington can't stay healthy?

None of the above lol. I would take Grossman at this point. Orton proved nothing last year so why not start out with a clean slate.

The playbook was really conservative, Moose dropped a lot of passes, and Orton didn't have Bernard Berrian

Someone close this. This topic is raging bullshit of a career backup over a potential career starter. There's no comparison here.
