    my 1st try using PS, how do you guys like it[​IMG]

    Bevel = Bad. lolFor a userbar, you would probably be better off using a pixel font, to get some good fonts go here http://www.dafont.com/bitmap.phpInstead of having the bevel there, add a border instead. To add a border goLayer -> New Layer on top of everythingSelect -> AllEdit -> Stroke (Black, 1 px, INSIDE)The background is kinda blah, but if you keep learning you'll learn how to do something more complex.
