That's a bit like kicking Biden off the Wyoming ballot isn't it? At any rate I'm sure Trump's supreme court will agree with this decision...

    This is my prediction:

In a very oddly written 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court will rule that Trump should be on the Colorado ballot. There will be a giant legalese word salad that states since Trump is no longer in office, he is not bound by the 14th Amendment. They will intentionally not make mention of the fact that Trump has not been convicted of insurrection.

This will immediately cause Texas, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and other red states to file to keep Biden off the ballot. This will be based on Biden's currently in office, he is not defending the southern border, and that is an insurrection by the President against all citizens of the United States.

The SC will decline to hear any appeals since their decision on the Trump ban covers it.

So you’re saying Democrats setting new precedents by intentionally misinterpreting the law could once again backfire on them?

Trump is also urging the SC to not expedite Prosecutor Jack Smith's claim that Trump doesn't get immunity from being president. Trump wants to push it off, so he can get elected, and then shut it all down.

I really would agree with Biden being removed from all the ballots if Trump was banned for life from holding public office or better yet, exiled from the US to Russia. Clear the slate and run a fresh election with some candidates that are willing to put the people first and party last.

The two parties need some competition in order to level the playing field and put the people first.

Marjorie Taylor Greene says Biden's border policy amounts to "insurrection," and thus he should be removed from the 2024 presidential ballot.

Except for the fact that Trump did try to overthrow the results of a fair election.

Trump has not been charged or convicted on insurrection.
