Unfortunately, barring a Curry injury, this Golden State team will likely play themselves out of the lottery.

BPOD & Jackson-Davis: great rotation pieces. I was screaming myself hoarse for us to draft Jackson-Davis, but Rupert was a good get at that spot. Both (BPOD & TJD) have great motors and high BBIQ's. They're picking up a lot of slack and along with Kuminga and Saric have completely transformed that bench.

I'm not worried. They're a bad team. They have boosted their record this month because they got to play us a bunch, but they can't beat good teams. Denver just beat them.

Is Boston a good team or are you just posting whatever comes to mind as per usual?

Are you literally incapable of making posts that sound like a raging asshole? Are you like this in person? I have known you now for like 15 years in this community and your posts are some of the most combative and condescending posts on here. You have battled with countless people. When I read these posts, I imagine a giant butthole puckering as words come out.

So any team that loses to Denver in Denver is now a bad team? Going to agree with STOMP on this one and guess you were spitballing.

GS has played the sixth highest strength of schedule before this game was taken into consideration. They have beaten multiple teams that are currently in the playoffs, one being the current champion favorites the Celtics. They get a nice home stand to build on the current momentum. Thompson's shooting is getting better. Paul is back. Kuminga is playing better in Green's absence. Podziemski is contributing. They still have room for growth with Wiggins not in form. Payton and Green will be back eventually.

I still see them as a team that will have to win in the play in to make the playoffs with the possibility of being in the lottery with injuries. Not great, but a decent team. To say they are a bad team is just wishful thinking IMO.

Ok. Let's take a look at their record against good teams.

    Phoenix? 0-3

    Minnesota? 0-2

    Cleveland? 0-2

    OKC? 1-4

    Clippers? 1-2

    Kings? 2-1

    Here are their wins
    Portland - 3 wins
    Houston - 2 wins
    Sac - 2 wins
    OKC - 1 win
    New Orleans - 1 win
    Wizards - 1 win
    Boston - 1 win
    Brooklyn - 1 win
    Detroit - 1 win
    San Antonio - 1 win
    Clippers - 1 win

So who out of that list is a solid win? Boston, OKC (but they lost the series 3-1), the Kings but that was early in the season. They lost to Sac 11/28.

They're not a good team. They're a mediocre team at best. If you take out Portland, San Antonio, and Detroit, and Washington, their record would be 9-15.

A bad team loses to bad teams. They might be mediocre at best but are probably also mediocre at worst.

Taking out Portland, San Antonio, Detroit, and Washington also gives them 9 wins against teams currently in the playoffs or play in.

They have played the sixth hardest strength of schedule so far, thus have the sixth easiest schedule remaining.

With the pick only being top 4 protected, winning 5 our of their last 6 has probably put them in the land of no return in regards to tanking to keep the pick. Other teams that have incentive to tank are going to push them further down the draft board.

Portland, Detroit, San Antonio, and Washington aren't just bad. They're god awful. Detroit literally can't win games. The Warriors are somewhere between really bad and mediocre.

Riight. That is how Denver in Denver only beat them by six and they had won the previous five with a win against Boston.

Hoping you cash in if you really think they are really bad to mediocre since a team described as that should not make the playoffs. Bookmakers definitely do not agree with you.

I don't think they're a great team or anything, but they seem better than sub .500. That's fine. Dunn, Shepherd, Dillingham, Clingan could fall in the draft. If not, I really like McCuller and Missi. I would prefer we take a high-floor player with one of these picks.
