It doesn't even feel to me like we're "rebuilding" because all we have right now is crap. Over-paid loser Vets and young players that suck (Scoot) or are so inconsistent you can't really put much stock in their future (Sharpe). Simons is our only decent piece, but he needs to be surrounded with a lot more talent for us to even sniff mediocrity.
This kid made me laugh. I don't know if he was a Blazer fan, but based on the emotion behind it, I'd say yes.
If one doesn’t have hope as a sports fan, then what’s left? I loved this team about 15 games ago when we were playing good D and competing against everyone. They fell hard. BUT I’ll still celebrate incremental growth and hope that things will get better one day.
I think most of us expected the team to not win a lot of games, but to not even be competitive over and over is a bit much. At this point not sure how many of the players really care and if they don't care, why should I?
Sounds like Detroit is going to do a 360 though. Monty isn’t going anywhere and he wants vets instead of youth. Should be interesting to see how that works out.
I was worried a lot of people wouldn't be able to handle a multi-year rebuild. It's only been 3 months...
It is going to take some time. Oddly, they are about as close to the Play In this year as they were last year and the year before.

I just shut off the 5th Blazer game this season and this one was after the first qtr....they have no identity and have lost what spark they had the first dozen games. There is actual entertainment I'd prefer to watch than these guys flailing around chucking bricks. Ant will never be an alpha team leader
In my eyes, the trading of Dame was a clear shift, but I hear you. Nobody was calling it a rebuild when we were playing Denver in the playoffs, but some were saying a rebuild would be better.
