Who will win the MVP this year?My prediction will be a bit of a suprise....Eli Manning.Eli is only entering his third season and is still getting better by the day, in year 3 he finally shows those signs of being the Franchise's leader as the Giants win the NFC East for a second consecutive year.
Steve Smith. The guy just dominates every Sunday and he never lets up. Nobody can really stop him. He's gonna put up so many yards and points next season, there will be no question as to why he is the 2006 MVP.
I like the Steve Smith pick but I'm going to go with Drew Brees. I think with Horn and Stallworth to throw to and McAllister to hand off to. He is going to have a great year. Oh and the Saints did draft a guy named Reggie Bush. Brees can throw a 5 yard toss and watch Reggie take it for 50 yards and a TD. Although the Saints defense might take it away from the Brees, because I don't see the Saints ending the year with the greatest record.
Don't be surprised if Big Ben ends up being a candidate because i see him having a monster year but I don't see him winning it so i'm gonna go with Peyton Manning. I see him having a great year like always so who knows, maybe he'll try to break his own record to moviate himself so he can finally win a Super Bowl ring.

LARRY JOHNSON!!! HELL YEA!!!I think LJ could win it. I'm gonna go with LaDainian Tomlinson. With Drew Brees gone, he is going to have a MAJOR season and carry the Chargers on his back.
LaDainian Tomlinson. With Rivers getting starting time for the first time in his career, he could have a 2003-2004 Jamal Lewis type season.Larry Johnson defiantely too as long as Priest Holmes doesn't take way too many carries away.Defensive, ED REED!!!!! lol Call me biased, I don't care. He won it 2 years ago with a high int #. I think that'll repeat once again this season!
Why the hell do you all think Preist is going to get any carries. He may have had a career ending injury, the doctors said he shouldn't play anymore.
I think LaDainian Tolminson is gonna win MVP this year. They have great Hall of Fame FB Lorenzo Neal who scares all LBs' when he comes near. There offensive line is great too, so they can block for him. They are gonna run more this year since its Philips first year which scares me a lot.
