Lafreniere learning to elevate. Put him on the first power-play unit next year and you’re looking at 80 to 100 points.

He could have 30 goals already with some better luck. Gets great chances seemingly every game.

Pissed they didn’t protect Igor’s shutout on last 2 minutes trying to shove the puck up lafs ass. In that situation protect the goalie u bunch of clowns.

Make it 9 straight. Even with that mediocre stretch they’re back with the most wins in the NHL.

Great game and effort by the team tonight, took the Devs to school. I think Ruff may be in some trouble. I wonder if they'll be able to trade for a solid goalie.

The Canes keep winning also, the battle for 1st in the Met will be interesting. I don't think it is a huge deal which team wins the division, but it will be a fun watch.

Dominant game despite the SOG disparity, I agree with you Mel that the shutout was more important especially when Igor was so brilliant and Laf missed a golden opportunity. I think the 5 minutes was warranted but a Deb should have gone in the box for 2 for going after Rempe regardless of the feeble effort. Then the dope Bastian gets caught with his head down again and Trouba gets 5 minutes for defending himself, even ESPN is killing the refs for the call.

No surprise, the Devs fired Ruff. What a disaster of a season for them, at best a longshot to make the playoffs. No goalie and no D, that team has a lot of work to do moving forward.

Very excited for tonight's game. Let's get the W and make sure Rempe comes out of the game in one piece. I feel like the Devils traded for McDermid (sp?) specifically for what the Rangers did to them a couple weeks back.
