Yes, but in the quote it implies that is new and he is coming from the training staff? He hasn't been in the medical staff. He has been with the training staff?

With over 24 years of experience with the Trail Blazers, including the last 12 as Head Athletic Trainer, Clark will lead the Trail Blazers team of medical and performance staff in providing preventative maintenance and rehabilitative health care to players.

I would think the training staff would have a direct result on all these adductor injuries.

I don't see any reason at all to pretend that Scoot is injured. He should be playing if he's healthy. They haven't sat down Simons yet.

Very possible. Though if the medical staff is not providing accurate assessments, the training staff may feel what they are doing is fine. I see it a bit gray and murky there. Personally, I put both divisions on the hot seat.

I imagine most of these injuries are of the make believe variety or at least highly exaggerated.

It's a two year old press release, though.

my read on it is that scoot participated in ASW unlike the rest of his teammates and they really needed to get through that charlotte game, and potentially these two memphis games.

Are we even certain the Blazers have had an abnormal amount of injuries over the last couple decades or does it just feel that way because we pay way more attention/care more about Blazer injuries than Detroit Piston injuries?
