I did a poor job of asking my question better. The post I was replying to said that the other person involved was mentally challenged. That third sentence "in the dang thing" makes no mention of the person being mentally challenged, it instead uses vague language that is typically cited if a person was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. My request for clarification wasn't to dismiss what McLemore is accused of, it was to obtain information if there really was a news outlet who was saying the person was "mentally challenged" as the poster was saying.
I see what you mean. I guess I read it wrong. For some reason I assumed and pictured the worst case scenario. My bad.
No need to apologize, the wording is vague and suggestive enough for most anyone to jump to the worst possibility; just how the DA and media would want it.
Read the article on the link. The problem though is Incapable might mean they were drunk or high. The wording is vague.
I wonder if people under the influence of meth are incapable of giving consent. I have heard that that stuff can turbocharge libido. Of course, alcohol can do the same thing for some people to some extent and that is why the whole "consent" thing gets so murky in certain situations.
Use a knife or gun to rape a woman, face serious charges. Intentionally ply a woman with alcohol and/or drugs until she is incapacitated, say gee I didn't know.
It was despicable day for PNW athletes. https://www.cbssports.com/college-f...-rape-charges-suspended-from-huskies-program/
Oh yes, when I think of Ben McClomore, I think TRAILBLAZERS. Dude played 60 games for us and 500+ for other teams.
Playing Devil's advocate but we don't know if the victims lawyers reached out for a monetary settlement knowing he's got some decent nest egg.
When I think of this player, I don’t think of the Trailblazers is what I posted. I didn’t ask you anything to be honest. Get a job.
It's the truth though. Even if he had played one game here, the tie-in is still relevant. Happened in Portland, while he was a member of the team. Anyway, let's be civil with each other thank you!
Well he’ll post bail Wednesday and is allowed to travel out of the country because he is currently a basketball player in Spain.
