    Zach Edey is freaking huge

Essentially 7'4 barefoot, 300 lbs, and a 7'11" inch wing span?

I am more impressed with Ke'el Ware at 14
    7' 230, with a 7'4 1/2 wing span

    Rob Dillingham will slip IMO

That's a huge W for Holland. A lot of question marks about his real size. He measured almost exactly the same lengths as Jabari Walker. Definitely SF size with a little more weight added

    Walker - 6' 6.75" height 6' 10.75" wingspan
    Holland- 6' 6.5" height 6' 10.75" wingspan

I am very happy to see this. He's two inches taller than Shaedon without shoes, and is very well sized as an SF. Shooting obviously a big question mark, but I have him and Cody neck and neck right now. Also gotta keep in mind, he's a yr younger than Matas.

Cody same height as Holland? Doesn’t look like it in film. Also the wingspan is 1 inch shorter than reported @MrDraftGuy

A bit better, but still the last guy I want of the wings.

    I'd rank it:

    Cody
    Risacher
    Matas
    Holland

Just don't' see how he's going to stay on the court in the NBA - players will get him in space and score all over him.

Maybe as a limited minutes bench guy like Boban he could do something.

I wonder exactly how much room for improvement there is for a guy his size with regard to agility and lateral quickness. Is this weakness of his something that simply can't be overcome, or is he just stuck being a giant stiff?

Honest question….how do you know who you want and don’t want? Have you actually seen all these guys play? Drafts are always a crap shoot obviously….and in the past I wished we drafted certain players based solely on what I saw watching them play. This year, I couldn’t tell you anything about these guys, other than some stiffs I saw that I definitely DON’T want play in the tourney.

Knecht comes in at 6'5.25" with a 6'9 wingpan. Not ideal.

My issue with Holland is that most of his perceived strengths are on-ball. He put up counting stats as the number one option on the Ignite. He's not going to get near those same opportunities here (nor should he) with Scoot/Shaedon/Ant. He needs the right team because he's going to be playing off ball for the majority of his early career. Even if he's good defensively (which he won't be early), I see a Rondae Hollis-Jefferson role for him which is just not good for development.

Buzelis has some of the same issues, but the measureables means Buzelis will have an easier time moving up to play the 4. And I can see the vision with a true 6'9 wing as a connector piece.

This is a forum with people giving their opinions and having discussions. No I have not watched every game these guys played, nor should I have to since I'm not the one making the decisions. Don't get too bent out of shape.

Guess his interviews can really help or tank him then.

Players don't improve agility or quickness.

They might greatly improve overall defense but its from positioning, gaining strength, preparation, effort, and developing high IQ plays.

Fair question, and it goes both ways. It is true that with International players and Gleague players, we don't see them as much as college players. But those who discount them are in the same boat. (at least the international players.

We have to rely on video. And even though a lot of videos are mostly highlights, they still show the potential based on size, quickness, shooting, defensive instincts, handles, etc. None of them are finished products so even the "experts" that are paid by teams make mistakes. They never know for sure who will improve the most. They are just making educated guesses.

Wow. I simply asked if you’ve seen all these guys play that you ranked. You feel my post reflected that I was “bent out of shape”?

You actually got somebody to LIKE your reply to me? I was just asking if you’d seen these guys because I hadn’t.

Givony on Lowe's podcast just said some scouts see Risacher having Jaden McDaniels type upside on defense.

Even with his dropoff on his shot to close the season, his talent and two way potential is tantalizing.

Like a better defending Trey Murphy..... Tempting enough for me to see if we could move up for this guy.
