<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>ESPN's Len Pasquarelli reports the Colts could have interest in Michael Bennett. It's just speculation on the part of Pasquarelli, but if it's true, the Colts may not have faith that rookie Joseph Addai and pedestrian vet Dominic Rhodes could carry the load this season. With Deuce McAllister not likely to be 100 percent and a possible looming holdout by Reggie Bush, the Saints might serve themselves best by sticking with Bennett.</div>

Sorry, but I don't think Joseph Addai and Domenick Rhodes will do anything this year. Addai was very overrated coming out of LSU, even though I like him. And Rhodes will never be able to carry the load. The Patriots have the RB that would have done wonder with Indianapolis.
I agree that Addai wasnt worth a first rounder, but hell do good behind the Colts offensive line. With a top 5 offensive line you could put almost anybody behind there and they'll get 1k, just look at Denver.
it wont happen because of Dungy. He said jokingly that Addai will be in the hall of fame in 5 years. he loves everything about the kid. And Rhodes is a professional running back, addai and rhodes will be a great tandem.

He's also one of the most inconsistent runners I have ever seen. One game he'll have a hundred yards and a couple of TD's, the next game he has to be benched because he gets us -5 yards every play. The worst thing about him? - he is INJURY PRONE. He gets injured almost ever year. The vikings cut him in favor of Mewelde Moore, Chester Taylor, and Ciatrick Fason. That should show you that he is no better than any of them..
I don't think the Colts have much to worry about. As has been said before, even if they didn't have any quality RBs (which they DO have), they'd still get a decent running game behind their OL.
