A few YouTube mocks have had Tyson going to the kings at 13.

Bona and Tyson are the targets of interest for me.

I listed Tsyon as my pick in the dark horse thread. Hopefully he shows out in the workout.

NBA draft room has him early to mid second round. I would gues that's where the Blazers are looking for. Hell of a rebounder for his size.

Blazers typically hold 1 or 2 workouts to 'practice' how they want the workout to run before bringing in the prime targets.

yeah...I'm not real tuned into the valuation of prospects but this group looks like the Blazers testing their 2nd round prospects

Most of these guys seem to have high athleticism, good rebounders, tough defenders and likely to go in second round, Will Richard one who was a very good shooter, but that fell off when he transferred to Florida.

I love Bona's athleticism for his size. Could be a good #3 PF/C for rebounding and interior def. Has the quickness to be able to switch onto guards and keep them in front.
Same with Onyensu, but he needs to beef up some so he doesn't get pushed around.
I just don't get the love for Tyson. He seems very average, especially in the NBA.

I was trying to remmeber when Ducks played against Bona. As I remember, he was very tough but Dante outplayed him. Here is all I could find of that. Of course I think Dante played his fifth year and Bona only on his second.
"The Ducks managed to squeak out the win against a UCLA squad that wanted it badly and escaped with the 68-66 win over the Bruins. N'Faly Dante was a menace and gave 2024 Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year Adem Bona fits. Not only did Dante drop 22 points, but he stymied Bona and held him to just 8 points."
Looks as if Bona got in foul trouble early in two games against the Ducks; the only game he was able to play extensively, Dante did not play in that game.

their were 8 Blazer rookies on this team last year. Only 4 were drafted. Cronin's vision reaches well beyond the draft.

Cronin's vision ?? --- he makes Ray Charles look like he had 20 / 20 vision -- enuff said -- he needs a one way ticket out of town along with Jody and Billups -- period

However I will settle for Billups and hope Jody finds a brain and realizes this is NOT what her brother wanted and sells ASAP.

These statements while very possibly true have all the veracity to come back and bite you. Someone from this draft is going to be very good? Maybe even multiple players?

Somebody has the fire to become a good/great player. There will be a player this team could use. Just gotta find him and maybe have a little luck.
