Exactly. He REFUSES to change the lines and move the guys who MUST be moved a la Z off the PP unit. Lavi currently is no better than Gallant or AV.
The 2nd goal was weak, yes, but Igor is the only reason we are still in the series. Trade goalies with FL and we would have lost the series already.

Lavy has been a disappointment this series. He is not holding vets accountable but instead rewarding them. If he’s not going to put Laf on PP1 then he can go be fired. I don’t give a fuck about regular season wins. Post season he’s choking this series away with his pigheadedness. His refusal to get Mika off the PP is one of the biggest reasons why we are sucking. The PP lacks creativity. Mika is sucking the life out of this team and Lavi is giving him every chance to do so. We discuss Rempe being in the lineup and Chytil and all that, but where is the huge uproar over Mika getting all these chances to prove himself yet always proving that he’s a washed up pussy when things are tough.
Just like last year, and the year before against TB, and the many other years before this, it's about the players. The team will soon be 1-4 in the ECF in the past 13 years, that is not some sort of unfortunate stat, when they do get a little run going, they just cannot get it done as the water gets deeper. Another big playoff game, especially at home, and the Rangers score, one real goal (the 2nd goal was too little too late), and 16 shots combined in the 2nd & 3rd periods. It is very frustrating being a fan of this team, they have been good over this run, not easy to make 5 ECF's in 13 seasons, but not good enough to be the best, always a few slots below. And considering they have a lot of bigger contracts and NMC/NTC I really don't know what Drury can do to mix it up. Sure, Mika maybe has to go with his constant weak efforts in big spots, Panarin disappeared again in big spots, but how do you trade those guys with NMC's, who is taking their contracts, how do you get even somewhat fair value. My guess is next season will be rinse and repeat again. We'll be a little worse in the regular season I am sure, and if we win a round or two in the playoffs, we won't be good enough to go all the way anyway, so quite frankly who really cares. Sad, but how I feel right now, what is really the point of it all. If the team this year couldn't get it done with a 2-1 lead in the ECF and home ice, and a team that overcame all challenges this season, why will next season be any different, it simply will not be.
Still haven’t beaten this team in regulation. Get the fuck out of the playoffs fucking chokers. Losing in the ECF for the fourth time in 15 years
