Yeah, I'll admit that I haven't watched more than a little of Walter (and mostly just youtube scouting reports), but yeah, I don't really see it, at least for the Blazers. He seems like a more fiery, but less long, athletic, and skilled version of Sharpe. He's too small to play the 3 except in really small ball lineups and lacks the ballhandling to play the 1. I think there are teams out there that he could benefit, but we don't seem like that team.

I put him with Dillingham in that I am hoping that some team in the #8-13 range fancies him so that it might push another, better fitting guy down the board.

He's gonna be a very good 3 & D after a couple years. I think his body will fill out and he'll get stronger. He'll get better at ball handling once an NBA coach starts working with him. I wouldn't doubt for a second that he could become the best shooter from this draft. I would take him at #14 if we needed a SG. With Sharpe here there's no need to not address other positions.
I'd love to have him coning off our bench. I think the KCP comp is spot on. He had a so so year at Baylor which is why I think his stock fell this year. I still think he has a chance to be a star with a couple years of growth.

Too small and 198 lbs...hard pass. No more tweeners please...get some size and strength while you can. 6'10-7' please...at least 230-300 lbs

So...Kel'el Ware, N'Faly Dante, or Ulrich Chomche.

Ware is the only one I've heard on the list but whichever one becomes a primetime young Lamar Odom without the crack habit would be my choice

haven't seeen them since Dillon Brooks and Payton Pritchard were on the team....I'm not a huge college hoops fan at all..That may change if the Blazers tank again, I might go catch someDuck games next season.
