Boston might lose the next one so they can win at home.

Most the Boston players don't really like Boston so no I don't think so.

Jrue Holiday was sleeping comfortably and woke up only to find out he got traded. Now he’s one win away for another title.

Barkley got mad at people who call out Luka's bad defense.

It's like listening to every playoff game the Blazers lost (or won) with Dame and CJ. They rely too heavily on Luka and Kyrie, Too much ISO. Not getting contributions from the rest of the roster. Luka (aka Dame) is the only reason they are even there.

That and Doncic and Irving are ball hogs and are constantly trying to prove the other is the best player on the team when they could be playing through each other and getting teammates involved more.

    "He's a better Carmelo Anthony..."

Uh... yeah. I was never a big fan of Anthony's (at least not in the NBA... I enjoyed his high school tape against LeBron) but it's thought Carmelo will make the hall of fame when he's eligible. And being better than that is any kind of criticism?

Not to mention Dončić is only 25 years old. He's got plenty of time to have a great career and won't be defined on four or five games this early in his career.

I agree with Barkley totally: Dončić is not a good defender, but the Mavericks have lost the last two games by 14 combined points and I would argue only three guys have had good games (Washington in game 2, Irving and Lively in game 3) outside of Dončić. The Mavs have only scored 197 points in those games. Dončić's defense is not the reason they're losing.

    Boston
    43 0f 127 3pt's = 38.8%

    Mav's
    22 of 78 3pt's = 28.2%

Kidd wanted a two point contest and has ended up getting a three point contest.

Boston is also just a great deep team. 4-5 two way guys that are clearly better than any of Doncic teammates outside Kyrie - and honestly I put Kyrie last on that list. I don't think there's a player in the league that could swap spots with Doncic and beat these Celtics.
