Sounds about right. USC drops from all of the talent loss, but not too much. WVU gets some respect, although them like USC are the class of a poor conference. Personally I think Penn State should be a bit higher.

VT and Miami will be top 15 or even top 10 once the season starts.. it's always like this every year

Yeah, sounds about right.

I think these rankings are pretty good. I hope Iowa finishes higher than 11, though.

Watch out for Boston College. They are a big ACC sleeper in my opinon. They should be able to take Clemson in week 2 but then will have some tough games @ NC State, vs Va Tech, and @ Miami (last game of the year, could be to determine ACC champ). I like Matt Ryan and I believe he is ready for a breakout year. They have two very good junior RB's in Whitworth and Callender and a good and experienced O-Line, particually at OG where they have Josh Beekman (2nd-3rd Round Prospect right now) and the huge James Marten (6-8). The defense is experienced and good. I do question though there very weak WR core and the Defensive Line is new and raw and will have a hard time adjusting without Mathias Kiwanuka. Just, watch out for the Golden Eagles, they may surprise a lot of people.
