Pelicans are gonna be insane. Murray, Zion, Murphy, Herb... we'll see what else they got planned.

It's certainly a lot of intriguing and appealing pieces, but I can't quite figure out if the team is actually going to be good yet. The BI domino may tell us a lot. They'll be fun to watch for sure.

Lakers pick could be much better than that, big LBJ or Davis injury and it could be up there in the lottery. They easily could be worse than the Hawks were last year, who got #1.

All he has to do is get down the corner 3. He should be putting up a lot of reps

Only reason I did not make it higher was not sure of any protections on it but it very possible and likely that Davis and/or James gets hurt only question will it be for a handful of games or something worse.

Unlike Dame and CJ, Dejounte can lock down guys 1-3, he can play as a scorer or as a facilitator. I think Dejounte shares the back court with CJ better than Dame ever could. They don't have the redundancy that we've had to watch. So I think they could make it work.

I don't know what NOLA is doing with Ingram and maybe they look to move off of CJ because maybe a Murray/Murphy back court really intrigues them.

The pick NO owns was from the Anthony Davis trade and completely unprotected. They could have done a protection so NO kept it at high spots and ATL got it if its lower - however that hasn't been reported and with a player of Murray caliber I'd be shocked if it had any such protections.

Yeah Dejounte is similar to Jrue in that he is such a good two way guard and could fit with any teammate. So surprised the Hawks traded him.

Actually kind of crazy the Spurs had both Dejounte and White because you stick these two guys back on that team - add one decent forward and they're for sure a playoff team if not much better. I get being patient with Wemby - but he is basically elite right now and you never know how many healthy seasons he will have (Ralph Sampson had 3). I'm not sure you want to keep punting seasons away if there is a real chance to win.

They wouldn't have Wemby if they kept those two. They have had good players since their championship days, but not great players. Goof players are only going to take you so far. Sometimes you have to take a step back to take a step forward, just like the Blazers are doing now.

They just moved Hardaway to the Pistons. Mavs could use another shooter.

Klay still wants to be a starter but the W's need the guard starting beside Steph to be able to hound the opposing lead guard on D. Thompson used to be elite at that but not post leg injuries. His ego cant take a demotion so it's probably best for both parties that he moves on. Dude can still stroke a 3 tho

Klay can shoot, but he's not a starter on a playoff team. He could be a bench guy or situational player, could make sense for the right team like Orlando to give him $20 million a season.

The issue for the Warriors is they can't just run it back - it would cost $300 million for a team that might miss the playin. They need a trade with CP3 contract to contend.

I think the issue on Klays mind (like nearly all great players that decline) is he believes he's still an elite starting player. Warriors didn't treat him like that and aren't opening the checkbook like that so he's offended.

Lets see what actually happens though. Wouldn't shock me at all if just like Draymond a few minutes into free agency we hear he's going back to the Warriors.

I hope Klay goes to Dallas. Then Orlando will turn their attention to Simons.

How would Dallas afford him? They fought tooth and nail to be able to fit DJJ's salary. They would have to shed more cash to sign Klay for like 15 a year.

I think it would have to be a sign and trade. So Klay to Dallas, Dallas crap contracts to us, Grant to GS, and we get picks from both teams.
