Where is your defense that falls apart every season? Corners? Safeties? D line is getting old besides Umenyiora. Where's your LB situation headed. You have 1 good LB and maybe a decent, you still need a 3rd. There's no way the Giants are better than the Skins.

Read the article I posted today about Clinton Portis http://nflcentral.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=6115 on our new system. It's real simple: D's try to stop the run, we bomb it over their heads. They try to throw it through the air and they are gonna give up some big yards on the ground... it's going to happen because we have so much speed and talent in our WR's and we have a runningback that can explode at any time. You guys dont have as talented a WR corps so you aren't going to be able to do this as well as us.
Re: Realfootball365.com's Team Rankings And the Giants didn't even improve at all on offense... don't say Sinorice Moss was an improvement. And we're better at every position but DE

Unlike the redskins they have a legit #1, #2 and #3 reciever, whereas the Skins have a #1 and 2 guys better suited for the slot but were forced to play higher to no success. Giants didnt improve on offense? They dont need big spendings to get better. Eli Manning is going to get better naturally because he is still learning. Chris Snee is going to get better naturally because he is still learning. Brandon Jacobs is going to get better naturally because he is still learning. Kareem McKenzie will have something called Chemistry with his offensive line that he didnt have this time last year. Plaxico Burress will have something called Chemistry with his offensive line that he didnt have this time last year. They did add Sinorice Moss who is another playmaker....Maybe when you have the 11th offense in the league like the Redskins you need make additions to get better, but the Giants had the 4th best offense, and even with all your additions, your still behind them.
Re: Realfootball365.com's Team Rankings As I said, if things go right, the Ravens will explode back into the Super Bowl picture.

I think we could've got that with Randy Thomas, Patten, and Thrash.

Re: Realfootball365.com's Team Rankings I don't get how people think McNair will have a really bad year. He's back with his buddy Derrick Mason. They know each other enough to know whatever the other player intends to do. Mason still ahs reliable hands and is still a vertical threat to an extent.McNair loves to use the tight end and Todd Heap is a first-rate TE. He's right behind Gonzo and Gates. He's too big for safeties but too fast for most linebackers. Then Clayton has another pre-season of experience under his belt and last year he really started to emerge as a threat and showed off his ability to make people miss after the catch. We also now have a reliable slot receiver. Sure, Hymes had hands but he never ran the right route and Clarence Moore had trouble holding onto the ball. Demetrius Williams was a steal in the draft and comes in with good size and good hands so I've heard. In the backfield, we still have Jamal Lewis who was a 2000 yard rusher before his ankle injury and jail stint. This year he should be 100% and back to his power running form. Also, Mike Anderson is a good reliable backup who has had his fair share of 1000 yard seasons. We get Ricard back who was key in Lewis' 2000 yard season. So not all the pressure will be on McNair to deliver touchdowns.
