    Trump defense attorney/judge Aileen Cannon dismissed entire stolen documents case, saying appointment of special counsel was unconstitutional, overturning precedent going back to 1973.

    DC judge in January 6 case ruled special counsel legal. Which sets up extreme court case. In his concurring opinion that Trump has absolute immunity, Thomas opined the special counsel was unconstitutional. That was clear message to Cannon they would back her.
    Ironically that would also end special counsel investigating and prosecuting Hunter Biden.
