it's messed up listening to broadcasters so spoiled by great pitching, they had the nerve to say Kirby "didn't have his best stuff tonight." George allowed 1 run on 4 hits. He didn't walk anyone. He tornado'd 6 batters. He beaned someone (nice!). Kirby pitched 6 full innings until his pitch count filled up. "didn't have his best stuff ??" Your DH is hitting .170 Seattle. rough patch, hitting slumps, 5 game skid, overreacting is warranted. Though it's not a dumpster fire yet. The Mariners still hold a 1 game lead in season series vs. Astros. The division is still up for grabs. A big win tonight can go a long ways. They're facing Houston's best starter. Heated competition, meaningful baseball games in July is rare. The stadium is jacked & packed! Give the fans what they want..... FU Astros !!
I wouldn’t even bother making trades. This season is fucked. Just play 500 ball and fire everyone and get rid of all the vets not named Cal.
