If you'd like to more specific, that would certainly help. Are you going to a combine or what? Your post makes close to 0 sense.
If you want to get better at running fast, SPRINT.If you want to get better at your agility/speed, DO SUICIDES.If you want to get better at jumping higher, JUMP UP TO PLACES HIGH OFF THE GROUND OVER AND OVER.It's common sense.
Being more specific about what you're doing would help tremendously. Do things like power clean, dead lift, etc to help your explosiveness.And what JWG said.
yeah i have to do a combine for some schools to see if im quick enough for them and have good numbers for the other tests
My team had that, all the guys who participated just lifted and ran beforehand and thats pretty much all you can do to prepare. Good luck.

When I was in High School I ran a 4.3, doing that, but I did have the University of Pittsburgh's offseason workout plan.
