    That is a truly remarkable number of medals France has gotten. There is home court/field/court advantage in the Olympics no question.
    Winning that medal in front of your countrymen is something special I’m sure.

    I tried to get them to add "Cookie Eating" as an Olympic event but they weren't sure if that was summer or winter and it doesn't look like they will get their act together on time? Maybe Salt Lake on 2034?

    the real discus throwers sling that UFO much farther then the Decathlon athletes. If they could teach the big strong disk throwers how to run & swim, it would shake up the world of track & field.
