I guess I’m just a little impatient with rank and file liberals right now because yes I’m going to vote (if Joe doesn’t declare martial law as the October Surprise), but it is not enough. It hasn’t been enough for decades. Our infrastructure is fucking garbage, our essential utilities are run by companies who enact surge pricing on electricity to juice their profits. We should be clamoring for social programs to meet the actual needs of the citizenry. But we aren’t really the citizens anymore are we? Companies are citizens. We are fuel.
