    Although City and police officials in Springfield have insisted cat eating Haitian story is totally false, Vance continues to promote it. People have contacted his office about, not their own pet, but someone else's that they somehow heard about. He escalated into charging Haitian immigrants murder children.
    Just like the blood libel used as justification for murdering Jews.
