Speaking of Costco. We’re doing some Costco pre seasoned pork ribs today. 3-2-1 method. $20 for 2 big sets of ribs. Always a good deal and always a big hit. 3 hours smoke. 2 hours in foil pocket with beer, brown sugar and butter, and one hour with sauce. Fall off the bone goodness
