"Elevated" means nothing in this instance.

Clingan should not be compared to Joel Pryzybilla. It's lazy or stupid. Find a better comp.

Marc Gasol was an elevated Joel Przybilla. It's a ridiculous statement that nobody would say ever.

You’re lazy and stupid…..er I mean what I meant is that Clingan a plodding good defender with zero offensive game in the post that does the little things to help his team win…..Like Joel

I remember Joel had stone hands. He fumbled the ball away a lot, which seems to be the opposite of Clingan.

I loved what he brought on defense though. He had a 3 year stretch here where his block% was 7%. And his DRB was over 30%.

He just looked like he had never played basketball in his life offensively.

Your impact on offense as a big is more than being just a post threat. Clingan is a great screener on and off the ball because he's actually a threat to finish on the roll. Joel Przybilla never averaged double digits PER 36 for any one season in his career.

Your statement above is like the equivalent of saying OG Anunoby is basically an elevated Matisse Thybulle on offense. Sure it's technically a true statement, but it actually says nothing about each player.

Every once in a while, I hit that "show ignored content" button. I know I shouldn't. That curious side of me wants to see that folks might change. Yet........every time I do, I read like one or two posts
and think, yep.......had it right in the first place. I ignore fans who pound home points over and over, looking for anyway to restate their view, regardless of the actual title of the thread. I ignore them
the same way I would items on a menu I know I don't like....or genres of movies I don't like.

    ??

are you talking points? If so, then yeah. But he averaged double digit rebounds per36 nine times in his career

and to your point about screen-setting. Przybilla was excellent at that. It was one of his few strengths. He constantly freed Brandon Roy from defenders opening driving lane's for Roy's ambidextrous dribble-drives

making this comparison though is way premature. We have over 600 games of Przybilla facing NBA competition on NBA floors. We have 0 games of Clingan doing the same

How is my opinion trolling? Is anything I said about Clingan wrong?
    He plods
    He is a great defender
He has no low post game
    He makes the team better

    I don’t get it?

    And I’m fucking hilarious
