The 33-year-old quarterback said, "I still have a lot to accomplish and a lot left to give. I feel better than I've felt in a long time and I still have a lot of football in me."</div>http://www.kffl.com/hotw/nflA lot of guys his age are thinking about hanging it up and he's willing to push out another 7 years? Pretty crazy. You gotta know he loves the game to wanna stick with it that long.

Hey, Vinny Testaverde is like 42. lol. Im sure McNair wants to play until hes 40 but unless he agrees to be a backup in a few years it probably wont happen. Not to mention he would have to be able to withstand injuries for the rest of his career....which judgeing by his early part of his career probably wont happen.

Saying it is one thing... doing it is another.

^^ I'd say that could go for anyone else but McNair just isn't the kind of guy that would say it w/o any meaning

He should just retire instead of embarassing himself by sitting on the bench for the last 5 years of his career.

I hope his final years are in Baltimore, starter or not. Like chang said, saying it is one thing, but doing it is another.
