This is the best I've got so far but they can't figure out exactly how to make it a covered stadium (which I feel is absolutely imperative). The only way is to extend the bank of the river.
This Zidell yards site is a complete mess logistically speaking and the engineering will be a pain no question.


Then on top of all that there is the fan experience type venues that need space and have got to be part of the overall plan or this is a non starter. Yes I know the City Council wants to vote yes on this but in my humble opinion they are a bunch of buffoons that have no idea what they are looking at.

 

Those are mostly the T II site renderings with a couple pictures from a month ago on the beginnings.
They are working hard to figure this out but IMO they are working too hard.

 

The problem is you need to work harder. Figure out how to engineer this.

 

Square peg - Round hole kinda thing though. They can force this I’m sure. Not sure it’s really necessary?

 

Or have the stadium partially under. Potential to catch a foul ball! Easier if you have a convertible.

It’s a mess. If you only knew what the engineers are saying. It’s totally un biddable. It will have 50-60% T&M bids with no cap clauses.

I said Un- Biddable as in very difficult to bid the job. Too many possible problems and cost overruns.
