Just a couple seasons ago the Pelicans were the up-and-comers.

I want to see Clingan in a low post offense not on the perimeter above the three point line. I don’t like the high post offense the way we play way above the top of the key. Why do you put your 7’2” 25 to 30 feet away from the basket

It’s a good strategy. Bring him in when everyone’s tired.

I liked Banton when he played in Toronto. I was miffed when Boston buried him on their bench. I’m even more confused why he’s at the end of our bench.

    6’6”, smooth, with guard skills.

It was a fun fourth quarter. We did it against a Pelicans team that was playing without any of their top 5 players. It’s another win when what our franchise needs is losses. Again though, I was into it that last quarter and I don’t fault our guys for playing their butts off. GO BLAZERS!!!

Every time down, I was saying to my TV “don’t pass don’t pass” and he didn’t. Had no plans on passing. Just bucket bucket bucket.

He was a lot of fun to watch tonight, even if it was dominating the Pels’ second stringers.

Banton will go down in history as redefining the point guard position.
