I get the feeling from this thread that most of us are more interested in watching possible future Blazers this season than we are in watching actual current Blazers.
TIL that Copper Flagg has a twin, who's apparently far, far inferior. https://www.cbssports.com/college-b...-hes-coming-home-with-college-commitment/amp/ I love the fact that even if we get neither Flagg nor Ace this year, we could just console ourselves in a few more years and get Ace Flagg. That would be very Blazer-y.
We do tend to acquire the lesser twin, but in the name game, no one can beat (?) Seattle when they drafted Earvin Johnson and Adonis Jordan.
Yep. Like Robin Lopez, Kris Murray, and Seth Curry. If he existed, I’m sure we would sign Keith Durant.
Seth not a twin, but still. Also going back in history, Harvey Grant. Yep, book it. Ace Flagg will be a Trail Blazer in 2029.
Kon Knuppel is very good at basketball....in all facets. Cooper Flagg has had a quieter start but you see what makes him a special prospect.
EJ from Baylor with the dunk of the year already? Poor Mark Few’s kid is the victim. Seeing EJ going Top 3 next June.
There was a tweet today with the kid, his dad and 2 other teammates and they asked coach about his kid getting dunked on…..the teammates just covered their faces and were trying to hide their laughing….HA!
So, looking at that, you can see that (a) San Antonio will have three picks, and (b) where they will be. Now you get it?
Are you angry at me Rasta for not really staying up on who owns whose pick in the drafts. I have a social life and do this shit for fun. Back off FAMS or I’ll contact the Sly lady!
Just watched Duke v Army from the other night. Flagg is the real deal FAMS….. holy shit. His defense and court vision, wow. 2nd youngest player in D1….. still 17 years old.
But did you watch the Dukie that we're actually more likely to get, ie, their leading scorer, Kon Knueppel?
They know how to tank. OKC knows how to tank. We are trading our picks for players that we have to bring off the bench of one of the worst teams in the league. I sincerely hope it's all part of the plan and Deni really has All NBA potential. I hate that plan, in that I would hate to get good players and tell them not to play good. Or fake injuries. But that would be better than trading draft picks for players who aren't too good to lose with.
