    She was going against Trump when most didn't know how despicable he was.

    Both Hillary and Trump came off as blow-hard jerks. I refused to vote for either of them.

    He can run as vice president and then the shill running as president resigns on Jan 7th.

    He'll be 82 at that point but I'd be shocked if he just walks away in 4 years.

    I'm mildly surprised at the election result but I never predict them...I hope for results but I've rarely seen my candidate win the presidency. Harris did much worse than I thought she would. A black woman from California will have a tough time winning a presidency under most circumstances but Harris also lost the popular vote...it's a sad day in American history.The fact that a convicted felon, compulsive liar and sexual predator could win this election tells me America is not so great right now. It's hard to trust the judgement of the people when integrity is no longer a factor in choosing leaders.

    Exactly. Candidate quality is not the issue, unless you want to say the problem was too much quality.

    Voter quality is the issue. Nothing that can be done about that, unfortunately, in fact it will now get much worse.

    You can post all the skewed charts you want. People are out there trying to live their lives and tonight they voted according to that. Donald Trump didn’t hypnotize anyone, he’s not that charismatic. Democrats are simply fucking awful. Your party is dogshit and no chart will change that.

    It's odd how nationally 30 years ago the less educated lower paid unskilled workers were all Democrats and now the parties have basically flipped.

    I think Sanders would have beaten Trump. He would have run circles around him in the debates.

    Sanders got the crowds at Fox town halls to take his side against the hosts. That was incredible.

    Just stop. The democratic establishment enjoys favorable coverage from 80% of news outlets. To even suggest that media coverage is the problem is ridiculous. Your party just sucks and is out of touch. It really is that simple.

    It’s actually impressive to control such a large portion of the propaganda machine and still get swept this badly.
