Even if you hate Trump, can't you get excited about him appointing people that can bring about real positive changes? There are a lot of big issues that aren't talked about in the political sphere, one being the quality of our soil and food.
Wouldn't be shocked if she's both. Starts as his AG, then moves to SCOTUS when Alito or Thomas retire.
Nobody cares about any of this. They’re trenched in. They want their party of war and manufactured conflicts and little pats on the head for being good. They want easy solutions, not hard ones. They want to slap a rainbow sticker on something or a Ukraine flag in their social media and feel they’ve made a difference, even though they’ve done nothing. Nothing tangible will ever be championed by neoliberal supporters. Too much work. Business as usual, tax money for war, poison food and pretend healthcare. It’s all good as long your identity defines you as a human and nothing else. Post something woke and carry on, you payed your tribute and are now better than half the country. Wasn’t that easy?
Shouldnt we try to understand and fix why $1 million isnt much for healthcare? $400 aspirin/$100 cotton balls.....this needs to change.
Every universal healthcare system in the world is far less expensive than US healthcare. And most of them in developed countries see as good or better outcomes. No, we shouldn't try to understand why it's expensive first. We already know why it's expensive. It's set up to be expensive. We have the most convoluted, predatory healthcare system imaginable. The priority should be the health and wellness of our population, at no cost out of pocket. Then you start trying to make it more efficient and streamlining with a focus on maintaining quality of care and ease of use.
I don’t wave a little flag for every war and call everyone who disagrees with me a Nazi because it’s easier than addressing an actual issue. I never once claimed to be out making a difference either btw, i just think it’s funny that lazy liberals think they are.
