    See I don’t see that. I don’t follow anything not sports related really. I guess some news outlets, but seems like I never see their content.

    Lucky you ... it's mainly in the comments and I should do a better job of weeding out the non-sports stuff but it still creeps into the timeline. Really any SM where you're dealing with the general public and not the people you want to actively follow, usually turns bad in my experience.

    I think it’s information overload and how easy it is to feel that need to check in throughout the day. I grew to really not like that feeling and began feeling so much better once I got rid of Instagram and not check Facebook anymore. Just my opinion.

    I find myself posting less and less on those sites and more just checking in to see what other people are doing. What sucks is that especially Facebook has become nothing but targeted ads and random groups I don't follow that seem to dominate 1/2 my feed. I try to block that stuff or tell the algorithm that I'm not interested but that's also not how the site makes money, so I get to keep seeing them.

    Oh yeah. Good point. It does have some pretty good groups.

    The local Oregon City group is top notch as well.
