What are the thoughts of beating the snot out of Seattle in Week 1?Seattle at DetroitMy prediction could very well come true (Seattle won't make the playoffs this year)....why?They ended last season with a loss in Ford Field, why not bring back those awful awful memories by opening up with another loss at Ford Field? Please say it could be so....

It will take some time to work out the kinks in the offense and defense and the Seahawks are too good to lose this game. And the loss of Hutchinson is a bit overrated because he has the best Tackle in the Entire NFL playing right next to him. Maybe Jones will have to work a little bit harder now but they will be fine. How about the addition of Nate Burleson to make the offense better and the addition of Julian Peterson to improve the defense?

I think he'll be OK but not good enough to make that much of an impact on the team. Nate Burleson? did you watch him last year? He was horrendous.

And even on his worst day, he is an upgrade over Joe Jurevicious.

Jurevicious. either way....i still will say Detroit will beat Seattle in this game.
Seattle is like the media's #1 choice for winning the NFC again, and the Lions are sitting somewhere around the bottom of that. (Though I disagree, and think that the Redskins will win the NFC, that doesn't change the fact that the Seahawks are tough).Seattle will get an easy win out of this.
This is going to be the biggest game of the season for us I think is they come out and whoop seattle around..they will prove a huge point and it ould lead to a great season. However, if that happens in reverse..dear god .
