Post your band or music reccomendation here. Try to go more obscure not just bands that everyone has heard of. Coheed and Cambria-Genre- Alternative Progressive Rock with classical roots- They are considered a modern day mix between Pink Floyd and Rush (although I hate pink Floyd). Their two guitarists are extremely good. Yeah I know the singer has a weird voice. that's exactly what I thought the first time I heard them. It seriously grows on you. Supertramp which I guess you would consider as progressive rock.They have 2 vocalists (Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson) although I prefer (and many other Supertramp fans) Roger as the lead vocals.There drummer and guitarists aren't really amazing but they really make up for it with their lyrics and just the sound that comes out is really unique.Their best songs are probably "The Logical Song", "Bloody Well Right", "Dreamer" and "Breakfast in America"
