    Stupid that tonight’s game doesn’t count towards standings. Bucks are on a roll and need all the wins they can get. I think the winner should get the 83rd game in their record.

    I kind of see where the NBA doesn't want to start recording 83rd game stats....

    They should have the cup winner record the game as a win, replace their last loss or something, so they get 82 games and the extra win. The cup loser doesn't record the cup loss. So it's kind of a "free roll" reward for the teams that make the final.

    Silver has responded to me. At the beginning of the 2020-21 season, the standings on the NBA app drew a line after the top 8 in each conference. I emailed him and said there should be a line after 6 and after 10. He emailed me back, said thanks, and the change was made. I’m not making this up.
