Yeah, it sounds like they do have some problems if that is the case, a major lack of team unity, especially between vets and rookies hahah

If they seriously were going to do something that Chilidish they deserve to go 0-16. But I doubt they would do something like that.
They probably don't want the rookie to play because Thomas proved himself last year.But yeah it is childish.
