    i really dont think either are great but im not a great graphics guy.

    Both of them are way too dark (and V2 the pic effects look really bad the pics are too distorted), you should make the Superman logo smaller cuz its hard to tell that's what it is. The textwork should be Eagles colors I think, and to me it seems a little blurry.
