I honestly took him as the type that’s too delusional and drunk with power to admit defeat, but good for him. Hopefully nobody ever has to hear him talk again.

Looks like it will be Pierre Poilievre, far right leader of the conservative party who wants to make Canada great again ("Bring home the Canadian dream").

He has also cast liberals as extreme radicals who govern with authoritarianism.

    Sound familiar.

Pierre is a total lightweight, maybe comparable to the Trump that gets walked around on a leash by Elon you see today, but he is not creating any sort of long lasting movement. It's much like Doug Ford here in Ontario, borrows from the MAGA playbook but is a standard, corrupt, boring Canadian politician. The real far right candidate in this country is Maxime Bernier, but it's hard to take the PPC seriously at all.

I will have to read up on this Pierre Poutine.
Bring home the Canadian bacon, indeed.

    In other news, I'm hungry.

Please. I don't eat bacon, Canadian or otherwise. Can't beat real maple syrup on homemade pancakes.

He should have probably resigned after those photos of him in blackface were leaked.

It does sound familiar. Extremist liberals are trying to ruin this country also. Canada has been absolutely devastated by them.

Well the Republicans will be in charge for the next four years. Well maybe two if they mess things up two badly. Let's see if they doing anything good for this country.

Ain't it amazing how often we hear about how the "liberals" are ruining the country, yet there's not any actual real evidence of it?

You know who is ruining the country?

    The rich.

Conservatives aren't, liberals aren't, gays aren't, the poor aren't, blacks aren't, whites aren't, foreigners definitely aren't..it's the rich fuckers who control the country and keep it all for themselves and convince people they're doing them favors.

I’m sure liberal globalist politicians stepping down left and right is a positive indicator for the ideology.

It's just the way it goes. One side is in power for awhile and takes the blame and then the other and hands change.

These far right wing politicians have their moment and it too will pass.
